1. Inspiration Sells! The Future of Successful Leadership—30 to 60 minutes Visionary leaders must influence others to “buy” their concepts and initiatives. Those who have effectively created change in the world have done so from a singular platform: inspiration. Inspiration sells. It sells ideas and it sells products. In this presentation, Lizabeth puts forth this contention and gives examples of inspirational communication throughout modern history and how it has impacted change. Participants will walk out with concrete tips for incorporating inspiration into their influential communication. 2. From Old-School to New Paradigm Public Speaking—2-Hour Event
While leaders must convey ideas and solutions for maximum impact and influence, often to tough audiences, they are unconsciously and unwittingly undermined by four hidden, cultural influences that destine them to be ineffective and mediocre with audiences. These subtle, ancient influences are responsible for the epidemic of wholly outdated “audience leadership” in our society—and because we are all immersed in them, speakers cannot see them and only continue to mimic them.
In this 2-hour event participants will learn what these cultural influences are so they can leave the Old Paradigm behind. And then, they will be ushered into the New Paradigm of Audience Leadership—based on the latest brain research. Understanding what the brain needs in order to learn fast and retain material is the must-know skill of the 21st century speaker.
In this event, participants will learn:
- What the hidden forces are that destine them to be ineffective with audiences, and how they infiltrate every speech, meeting, seminar, etc.
- What’s beyond them. They will be introduced to the New Paradigm and why it is the only path a successful expert can afford to take into the future.
- Techniques they can begin to using at their next live presentation.
- That in the New Paradigm, they are not a “speaker,” “lecturer,” “presenter,” or “seminar leader”…they’re something so much more—and just knowing what that is will change who they are and what they do with groups.

Secrets of Impact & Influence: 1- Day New Paradigm Public Speaking Training (Pre-requisite: From Old-School to New Paradigm Public Speaking)
This 14-hour training feels shorter than most 2-hour trainings and establishes the learning of two fundamental components of successful presenting and speaking: the know-how, and the passion. It is divided into two parts: learning the new brain-based communication model, and then strengthening the ability to successfully use it through exercises that build charisma.
This training is designed to get these multi-level results from an audience:
- Accelerated desire for information;
- Accelerated comprehension of information;
- Desire and even sense of urgency to act;
- Strong affinity with the presenter;

1. The Powerhouse Method ™: Innovative Message Development for Cutting-Edge C-Suite Leaders
This is a highly potent creative formula for inventing internal initiatives, programs, presentations, events, etc. that do not yet exist. It is used at ILA to create entire entrepreneurial businesses and to invigorate existing businesses with original new products and programs previously unimagined. By leaning on Lizabeth’s expertise with language, leaders form a series of single-sentence messages that seamlessly manifest a unique, compelling, memorable identity and positioning of the initiative–as well as the singular message that will persuasively promote it and showcase the executive as a true, innovative leader. 2. Transforming the Old-School Public Speaking Model to the New Paradigm
Lizabeth works with individual executives to make-over their presentation(s) to be compliant with brain-based learning. She will help them re-design and execute their new presentation, using the modules described in the 1-Day event above. That training is unnecessary for individual consulting, but will significantly improve quality of their delivery. It is recommended, but not required, that they experience The Powerhouse Method ™ first.
