In virtually all myths and stories, the hero/heroine gets “called” to leave their ordinary life for something extraordinary.

They always refuse the call at first–until they see what’s at stake, for themselves and mankind, if they stay in their usual world. Then they accept the call (because they were destined to) and are transported into a realm that teaches them great lessons.

Joseph Campbell believed that all of us live out the sequence of the Hero’s Journey–and you are no exception.

As a visionary entrepreneur–coach, author, speaker, consultant, practitioner–all of your
trials, heartaches and lessons have been leading you to this moment—this December—
when you are being called to an adventure some believe is of epic proportion. 

Many ancient cycles end in 2012–and on December 21 in particular. These have been predicted to mean an arrival of significant change on the planet, primarily the awakening of humanity into unprecedented levels of awareness.

And you, with many others, are being called to usher in this global awakening on December 21, and to then step into your role as a leader in the times that follow.

The truth is, you are destined to accept this call–but like every hero, you must prepare for the journey. There are parts of yourself, and parts of your business, that must leave the ordinary world if you are going to fulfill this mission.

It is said that these are the times when “every truth will be revealed“–the good and the bad. The hesitancy, insecurity, fear and hiding that have often defined your ordinary business world will not survive going forward. You must fully awaken yourself into the role you were born for: a leader of the new paradigm.

When and Where? 
Your preparation for the great adventure to come begins December 1 and concludes December 31, when you emerge as an Inspired Leader for the new times.

You and other visionary entrepreneurs like you will come together in a very special Facebook Group that also will end on December 31.

If you think something extraordinary can’t happen in a Facebook Group, it’s only because you didn’t join me in July for the Inspired Leaders’ Summer 2012 Road Trip–which exploded every expectation imaginable. Here are some words from the journeyers of that adventure:

• Lizabeth’s Inspired Leaders Road Trip was the absolute BEST event of its kind EVER. (Not that there has ever been an event of its kind…) But that result was not unexpected (by me) because Lizabeth ALWAYS and consistently delivers the most incredible, most engaging, most thought-stimulating and powerful events and content of any coach in the world.  What WAS surprising was the deep, gut-felt emotional involvement that, in an eventful 30-day journey of discovery and learning of the mind and spirit, welded a bunch of strangers into a supportive, monolithic group that truly has become far greater than the sum of its parts. What she did will have a profound and lasting effect on those of us who were fortunate enough to be part of this Trip.
• There are truly no words I know of that can describe how I feel after completing the Road Trip. The two that come the closest are Joy and Heartfelt. I signed up because I was intrigued by the premise: A month long virtual road trip with marketing lessons thrown in. I thought, I’m sure I will pick up an idea or two. I chuckle when I read that because I received so much more than a “couple of ideas.” I found a new way of doing business and as the road trip ended, I found a family. My fellow Roadtrippers are truly family to me now. Thank you is not enough to truly express the gratitude I have for being on this road trip. It changed my life for the better.
• At the end of this incredible journey, it is hard to remember where we’d started from or just how far we have all travelled. Lizabeth Phelps created, led and inspired us to create and lead an amazing personal adventure that left us changed forever.

And the Rite of Passage is expected to be even more powerful (if that’s possible) because of the nature of this particular journey. In July, we were there to improve business skills and have fun. In December, we’re there to transform everything in and around us.

How It Works
Once you have agreed to “accept the call,” you will be invited into the Inspired Leaders’ 2012 Rite of Passage Facebook group. This entire event is free.

Then, every day until December 21, a special and highly relevant “tool” will appear on the page that you, as the hero of your journey, as well as a pioneer and explorer, must have in order to lead and succeed in the New Paradigm.

You and your Inspired Leader journey-mates will be presented with the tool in a sacred site somewhere in the world. So, we will be “traveling” until the 21st to some of the most powerful places on Earth!!

What You Need to Bring
The tools hold great power and will be required for your success in the new world–BUT they will remain inactive and powerless unless you participate each day.  Your attention on the tools is required, or your Ruby Slippers will remain ordinary red shoes.

In addition. you don’t realize it yet, but you will be helping to create a powerful consciousness among your journey-mates and your presence matters.

“Lurkers” are asked to spend December elsewhere. Very special work is at hand. Those who sign up but don’t “show up,” will be asked to return to their ordinary lives.

What’s After December 21?
December 22 is a day of celebration for the world–and for everyone who has made it through the 21-day initiation! We will create the celebration together.

Then, we move into 3 days of contemplation and creativity–where we turn to quiet reflection and inspiration.

On December 26, we bring the energies of strategic planning to the final 6 days of your hero’s journey. The Rite of Passage is done; you have fully awakened into your true role on earth. Now, it is time to complete the mission by bringing all of the tools to the planning table–so that on January 1st, you are ready to lead your tribe.

Just 31 Days, then it’s over.
Can you really imagine missing it???

Not a Believer?
No one knows what’s going to happen on December 21 and thereafter. This could be a myth of epic proportions. But it hardly matters. Everything we are doing in this month is relevant to you.

No matter how long you’ve been in business, at some point, there comes a reckoning:

• A time to leave the ordinary and embark on an extraordinary adventure.
• A time to imagine something new and greater for yourself and others.
• A time to prepare for your greatest potential and receive potent tools.
• A time to move into a new world, with an entirely new future.
• And it works to do it in a concentrated period of time.
• With others just like you.

You may not believe any of this story. But your life is a story, and it will change inside of this one.
